Although , the seller dispatches all tropical plants/seeds in healthy condition but due to nature of these items being live , there is no warranty/guarantee offered on live plants , thus NO return / NO refund/ NO exchange, as every individual has a different way of nurturing plants.
DAMAGED OR DEAD PLANT
We do not compensate damage that is considered reasonable transit stress, for example:
- Minor folds in leaves
- A proportionally small loss in foliage compared to the size of plant.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 7 days after receipt. Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at peacefulhouseplants@peacefulplants-store and provide images of the plant within 24HRS of delivery. You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate pot (if applicable) and packaging back to us for a full refund .
We do not accept returns of plants in inadequate packaging such as envelopes or boxes that are too small for the plant.
We kindly ask that you do not ship plants to us in a manner that you would not like us to ship them to you.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
Refunds and/or replacements will be given at our discretion.
Return of any damaged/disputed item, buyer will have to bear the full postal /courier /shipping cost. A photographic evidence will be required within 24 hrs of the receipt of a such damaged/dead item . No claim would be entertained after expiry of above period. Pls advise 0044(0)7796406159

ITERNATIONAL /OVERSEAS ORDERS
. International dispatches may come with or without pots, root balls are wrapped in moist spaghnum moss or tissue paper. Standard local dispatches are made via Royal Mail postal services. To ship overseas we use UPS, DHL & FEDEX serviceas requested by buyer. The seller does not take responsibility in the event if delivery is delayed, which may affect the health of the plant, there would be NO compensation if it happens.

Please check the rates with seller for an individual country .Furthermore, the seller does offers Phytosanitary-certificate (on request at a cost)but takes NO responsibility ,if the items are held/destroyed by the Authorities .We expect customer to have import permit + make all necessary import arrangement by checking local customs Rules & Regulations prior to placing an order.
